We’re hosting an author interview with non-fiction author Aan Frazier today, the author of Your Magnetic Mind, a book about The Law of Attraction.
1) Why did you start writing ‘Your Magnetic Mind’, and where did you get the inspiration from?
I started writing “Your Magnetic Mind” for three reasons. 1. My fifth grade teacher inspired me to write and send him a copy of my very first book. 2. My curiosity for the Law of Attraction first caused me to look into the topic at a deeper level. The more I studied, the more intrigues I became. It is now a full blown passion of mine. I have learned so much and now I simply want to share my knowledge with others. 3. Many books on the Law of Attraction are written in such complicated text. I wanted to create a book that was easy to read because the concepts of the Law of Attraction are beneficial to those who understand it.
2) What do you find the hardest part about writing, and what part do you love the most?
The hardest part was finding the right words to deliver a very powerful message to others. I wanted to write about everything I knew on the Law of Attraction, but I was very particular about how to present it. The part that I loved the most was seeing my dream come alive and being able to share it with others through my YouTube channel. Everything, from creating a book trailer to choosing a cover was all very fun during the creation process.
3) How long did it take you to write ‘Your Magnetic Mind’?
If I include my years of studying the Law of Attraction, I would have to say six years.
4) Did you do a lot of research before you started writing ‘Your Magnetic Mind’?
I read many books and watched many videos related to the topic. I also observed and reflected upon the Law of Attraction that was seen in action in my life as well as the lives of those around me.
5) What is your all-time favorite book?
I have many, but if I had to choose, I would say ‘The Giving Tree’ by Shel Silverstein. It’s so simple, yet precious.
6) As a fun question, if you could co-author a book with anyone, which author would you like to co-author with?
If I could co-author a book with anyone, I would love to co-author with e.b. White. Her work in ‘Charlotte’s Web’ is just so descriptive and engaging. Although I wrote a non-fiction book, I do consider myself a child at heart. I think that contributing to children’s writing piece that perhaps may become a classic would be a fascinating endeavor.
7) Describe your book in less than twenty words.
‘Your Magnetic Mind’ explains how powerful the human mind is and how to use the Law of Attraction with intention.
8)Are you planning another book right now, or working on something?
I’m not planning to write another book soon, but I am planning to move on to my next project this coming summer. The project is to start an amazing internet company and become CEO.
